Intensive Outpatient Program
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) can be a cold and sterile
experience when in a hospital setting.
Reset
offers a less restrictive environment with less focus on medication, and more focus on healing and skills building.
We Treat :
Depression
Mood & Behavioral Disorders
Anxiety
Self-Harm & Suicidal Ideation
Attention Disorders
Trauma-Related Disorders
Group Therapy
- Two groups, determined by age:
- Ages 10-13 and 13.5-16
- Small group size for more individualized care
- 7 youth max per group
- Group discussions cover:
- Emotional skills building
- Mental health education
- Guided processing, to better work through strong emotions/experiences
- Group yoga:
- Provided once a week during enrollment
Evening Program
- 3 days a week:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Evening hours that do not interfere fully with school/ extracurricular schedules:
- 4:15 pm to 7:15 pm
- This includes a snack break & homework time
- 3 to 4-week program:
- 9-12 total treatment days
Well-Rounded Care
- Admission assessment completed by a licensed counselor
- Comprehensive evaluation by our medical professional
- Two family therapy sessions (required)
- Complimentary yoga classes for parents
