Our podcast is hosted by our very own Ciara O'Neal, Founder of Reset IOP. 
It was created as a resource for school counselors, but the topics & info are applicable for nearly anyone who has or works with children!

Ciara, has done a great job creating a space where counselors can speak freely about their struggles, successes, and "tricks of the trade" when dealing with those difficult cases. 
The format is interview-style, with each episode featuring a new professional with unique ideas & challenges, using easily-digestible language in a convenient length of time.
